Welcome to Friends & Farmers Food Co-op

We are working hard to bring a member-owned grocery store to State College that serves and supports the entire Centre Region. Our focus is to fill our grocery store with as much locally grown and produced food and goods as possible.

In the fall of 2014 we started our Online Market. Launched as a stepping stone to opening a brick and mortar store, the Online Market offers tangible progress toward the Friends & Farmers mission: to support and grow the local food economy while offering customers delicious, locally grown and produced food.

The brick and mortar store will open when we have the owner-member support to do so!  We need 800 owner-members to be able to sign a lease agreement for a location, and 1,300 owner-members by the time the doors open for business. Become an owner-member today to move us one step closer.

We have compiled a list of the most asked questions about F&F.  You can even download a copy and send it to your friends and co-workers. This grocery store can not be built with out YOU, so help us spread the word!

We now have TWO pick-up locations & EXPANDED delivery.

Pick up your local goodies at 318 S Atherton Street or The Friends School, 1900 University Drive.  If these locations do not work for you, no fear, we have expanded delivery to include 12 zip codes!
